Confectionary fats for frosting are designated forpreparing confectionery glazes e.g. chocolate or colour glazes, which are used for frosting candies with praline filling, fondant, marshmallow, marmalade, wafers and cookies.
Confectionary fats for chocolate goods are designated to partially substitute cocoa oil in candy fillings while producing candy sticks and chocolate-wafers cakes.
Confectionary fats for wafer and cold fillings are designated for producing pastes, fatty wafers filling, caramel, candies, chocolate-wafers cakes etc.
Confectionary fats of the Shortening family are used to bake goods like cookies, cupcakes, bakery products, etc. It may also be used to prepare creamed wafer filling, cakes, rolls and semi-finished product.
Cooking butters are used to produce cookies, patisserie, cakes and shortcakes. Cooking butters fluff well, are usable and oxidation resistant.
It is used to partially substitute milk fat while producing spreds, sour cream, cheese, condensed milk. It is also used to produce soft margarine and confectionary goods like cookies, creamed rolls etc.
