OJSC “Vinnytsia Oil-and-Fat-Production Plant” (VOFPP)

• Vegetable Oil Extraction Mill. Current production capacity ( tones per 24 day hours): 700 of sunflower seeds or 400 of soya beans, or 400 of rape seeds.
• Hydrogenation Plant. The plant includes oil hydration and oil purification division, oil hydrogenation division, oil and fats refining and deodorization division. Current capacity: 160 tones of oil per 24 day hours.
• Polyethylene Containers Bottling. The capacity of the bottling line installed is 30 000 bottles per 24 day hours
• Transport. 2 own railway tracks come through the premises and connect the plant with the external environment.The company owns 2 locomotives. We also utilize 38 tank wagons. The plant is able to accept and serve up to 24 wagons and up to 30 truck trains if motor transport.
• Storage facilities. Current capacity for storing different kinds of oilseeds is 10 000 tones. Meal storage capacity is 4 000 tones. The containers capacity for oil storage is 30 000 tonnes.
  A new grain elevator will be launched till the end of 2008. Its capacity will reach up to 24 000 tons of sunflower seed and it will be able to accept and server up to 2500 tons daily.
