Dmitriy Serykh is appointed to a post of acting Director General of Vioil Industrial Group

Sergiy Prysiazhniuk has resigned the office of Director General of Vioil IG he holds starting from 2003 and presently he is involved in alternative projects of the principal shareholder.

Board of Directors of the Group has appointed Dmitriy Serykh to a position of acting Director General starting from August 18^th, 2010.

Giving the comments on management changes, Victor Ponomarchuk, Chairman of the Board, has said that this substitution shall not be followed by any change in the Group structure. “The rest Vioil team will keep on working. We are going to intensify the strategy of the company growth and development. We sincerely thank Sergiy Prysiazhniuk for the work done.”

Dmitriy Serykh expresses firm belief in Vioil huge potential for the company development and efficiency growth on both domestic market of Ukraine and foreign markets of EU. “Vioil has fairly challenging targets and tasks. We have definite objectives in strategy and marketing to make a new breakthrough. To ensure more efficient operation of the company on the whole, we are to make these objectives clear and comprehensible to everyone on each particular area of operation of the agro-industrial Holding”
