Concentrated Unclarified Apple Juice

Apple concentrated juice is produced at COFPP from apple sorts prevailing in Ukraine.

Apple juice is produced by way of pressing fresh, carefully selected fruit with minimum temperature influence. A concentrated juice product can be obtained by evaporation under pressure. This allows for vitamins content saving.

Apple concentrate is used to produce juice, nectars, drinks, wine etc. It is used in diary and confectionary industries.

Main quality indicators:

  • Brix (percent solids, [Total Suspended Solids]): 64-70%
  • Acid Level: 3.02-4%
  • Look and Body: thick opaque liquid
  • Colour varies from orange to maroon, which is inherent to unclarified apple juice.
  • Smell and taste: natural apple
