In 2006 the Industrial Group of Vioil diverged from the structure of KMT, which has been working in the agro industry since 1992.

The main business directions of Vioil are production and sales of oils and fats to the manufacturers.

The company comprises Vinnytsia Oil-and-Fat-Production Plant (VOFPP) and Chernivtsy Oil-and-Fat-Production Plant (COFPP).
