Our History and Development Stages

In 2006 the Industrial Group of “Vioil” diverged from the structure of “KMT” as independent legal entity and got started processing oilseeds and producing vegetables oils and fats.

The company comprises “Vinnytsia Oil-and-Fat-Producing Plant” (VOFPP), “Chernivtsy Oil-and-Fat-Producing Plant” (COFPP), network of grains receiving stations (GRS) and grain elevators, commercial agencies in Vinnytsia, Chernivtsi, Kyiv and Moscow.

Making oil-and-fat production business in 1992-2006

Trading Stage (1992-1995)

Selling agricultural products wholesale.

Tolling Stage (1996-1998)

Tolling oilseeds at VOFPP and COFPP as well as selling vegetable oils and fats wholesale.

Creation Facilities Stage (1999-2001)

• Creation of own elevators network: LLC “Popelyihy CRS”(1998), CJSC “Kotiuzhanyzerno” (1999), CJSC “Mlynivtsi”(1999).
• Buy-out of “Chernivtsi Oil-nd-Fat Production Plant” (1999).
• Buy-out of “Vinnytsia Oil-and-Fat Poduction Palnt” (2000).
• Build-up; opening representative offices in Ukraine (Kyiv) and Russia (Moscow).

“The Industrial Group” Stage (2002-2006)

• Further build-up of facilities
• Developing own elevators network in Ukraine: LLC “Nemyriv FMP”, CJSC “Kordelivskiy FMP”, OJSC “Pidvolochysk CRS”, OJSC “Zerno”.

Re-structuring “KMT” Holding Company

Creating “Vioil”, the Industrial Group; group of companies which process oilseeds and produce vegetables oils and fats (since 2006 till present).
